Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo dies at age of sixty two

Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo died at age of sixty two (62) in a private hospital in Karachi. He was diagnosed with lung cancer a year ago and was continuing regular treatment for it.

He was a senior politician and was the Chief of National Party Balochistan.

Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo was born on 3rd February 1958. He was the founder of Balochistan National Democratic Party (BNDP) that was merged with the non-tribal middle-class nationalist party Balochistan National Movement (BNM) in 2003. And finally it became merger National Party (NP) – a social democratic centre-left political party was established. He was the president of the National Party until his death.

He also served as Member of National Assembly and Senator in different year.

Politicians, government officials and other intellectuals expressed deep grief over the demise of Mr. Bazenjo. Prime Minister Imran Khan, Shehbaz Sharif , Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa, Senator Sherry Rehman, Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) president Sardar Akhtar Mengal and many others extended special messages on social media for deepest condolence to the family.
