CDA Announces Open Auction 2026: Commercial Plots in Islamabad
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a three-day Open Auction 2026 for commercial plots and other properties across Islamabad. The auction will take place on August 4, 5, and 6, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM daily at the Jinnah Convention Centre.

- Commercial plots in Blue Area
- Marakaz sector plots
- I&T Center G-11 plots
- E-11 Northern Strip plots
- Apartments & Luxury apartments
- Petrol pump sites
- Agro-farms
- Shops in parking plazas
Investor Incentives:
- 5% rebate for full payment within one month.
- Additional 5% rebate for payments made in USD.
- Building plan approval after 25% payment.
- Plot possession after 75% payment via bank guarantee.
Eligibility:
- Open to all Pakistani nationals (including overseas Pakistanis with NICOP).
- Registered companies, firms, and societies in Pakistan.
- Foreign nationals/companies with NOC from the Ministry of Interior.
Brochures & Tokens:
Available from July 20, 2026 at CDA’s One Window Directorate, designated bank branches, and the official CDA website.
Token money ranges from Rs. 5 million to Rs. 100 million, depending on plot category.
