PM rejects OGRA’s summary for increasing petrol prices

Prime Minister Imran Khan has rejected OGRA’s summary for increasing petrol prices.

Recently, Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) proposed to increase the price of petroleum products. The summary suggested increasing the price of petrol by 14.07, the price of high speed diesel by 13.61 rupees per liter and the price of kerosene oil by 10.79 rupees per liter. Sources reported an expected increase in petroleum products after 15th February.

But now, as per reports, the proposal of increasing the price of petroleum goods has been rejected by the Prime Minister Imran Khan. No further details or reason to reject has been reported but right now, the prices are not increasing.
