KE launches mobile app for its consumers
Karachi Electric (also known as KE or K-Electric) has successfully launched its Mobile App for its consumers.
According to the company spokesman, the Mobile App has been launched to ease the consumers, from the click of their hands, while at their home. The App includes features that will enable consumers to
- Lodge complaints,
- Locate the nearest customer care centre
- Access their billing history.
- Live Power status updates
- Report Power Theft
The app is available on Android Play Store and Apple Store and can also be downloaded from KE’s web portal or through direct download link.
After signing up, consumers will have access to a number of features such as billing details with historic data, duplicate bill downloads, and integrated unit consumption comparative graphs.
“We have always believed in providing state-of-the-art solutions to our customers,” a KE spokesperson was quoted as saying. “We already offer a wide range of avenues to address consumer requests ranging from 30 customer care centres spread across its network, as well as one of the largest call centers state of the art consumer experience platform.”
