Sana Mir becoming the world’s most successful female ODI spinner
Pakistan’s off-spinner Sana Mir has become the most successful women ODI spinner in the world when she dismissed South Africa’s Sune Luus in the ICC Women’s Championship in Benoni on Sunday.
She claimed her 147th ODI wicket in her 118th appearance. She is presently the third ranked ICC bowler but is soon expected to move upward when the new rankings will release on Monday, 13th May.
Talking about her earlier days, Sana said she had to overcome a number of challenges. Her father was in Army, so they had to move around a lot but it helped her to prove her cricket abilities to them.
