World Teachers’ Day being observed today

World Teachers’ Day is being observed today across the world. The theme for this year is “Valuing teacher voices: Towards a new social contract for education.”

Teachers play an important role in society, and due to their contributions they are also termed as SPIRITUAL PARENTS. Teachers play an important part in nourishing a child’s brain.

Every year this day is celebrated on OCTOBER 5th to pay tribute and highlight the importance of Teachers in making future of society.

This year, the celebrations will emphasize the pivotal role that teachers play in shaping the future of education and the urgent need to incorporate their perspectives into educational policy and decision-making processes.
