Careem is now offering to waive off Ride Cancelation charges. Here is what they are offering:

We understand that sometimes you need to make last-minuteupdates to your plans and bookings.

Whatever the reason, you may need to cancel your Careem, which can lead to a cancellation fee. Not fun, we know.

That’s why we give you the option to cancel a ride for FREE!

Here’s how:
If you ever need to cancel your ride, do it within two minutes of booking it, and voila! You won’tget charged.

However, if you miss the two-minute mark, OR if the Captain asks you to cancel, just contact us through your Careem app, share your issue with us, and we’ll re-assign the ride for you to another Captain!
