Islamabad high court order to remove all illegal chambers

Islamabad high court has ordered to remove all illegal chambers.

Islamabad High court has declared all the chambers built on a sports ground in F-8, illegal and has suggested to demolish them.  The four-judges bench, headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah announced the verdict. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justic Aamer Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb were included in the bench. The bench said in the written order that they lawyers and advocates who allowed them to build chambers their forcefully took law in their hands.

The case has been in High court for many years after a citizen complained about illegal construction of chambers in a football ground.
